Data-Driven Documents (D3.js) afford extraordinary flexibilities and capabilities to manipulate, process, and visualize such high-dimensional data using a dynamic and interactive framework we typically seek. Omicdata.org is developed based on this to help interpret the intrinsic complexity and beauty of host-microbiota interactions.
